Cowlitz County's only CheckMat affiliate academy. Come learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and safe environment. Our goal is your success both on and off the mats. 

We offer over 1,000 sq ft of mat space, as well as 1,000 sq ft of strength and conditioning space with equipment that is free to use by our members. Our facility also has an on site shower for member use, as well as an on site massage studio for your wellness needs. 

From young to mature, just beginning to years already put in, we have a class that will fit your needs. We are open 6 days a week with multiple classes offered throughout the day. Coach Ryan and Coach Amy invite you to stop by and try your first class free.
